Leadership

Michelle is a right-of-way and land management executive with more than 20 years of experience leading land acquisition, permitting, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement across the utility, government, and oil and gas industries. She has successfully managed complex infrastructure projects, led cross-functional teams, and directed large-scale land and real estate operations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Management and is a Senior Right of Way Professional (SR/WA), a certified Negotiation/Acquisition professional through the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), and a licensed New Mexico Real Estate Broker.

Michelle has held leadership roles with Marathon/MPLX, Andeavor Logistics, Western Refining, the New Mexico State Land Office, Public Service Company of New Mexico, Tri-State Generation and Transmission, and Plains Electric. She currently serves as President of IRWA Chapter 53 and is a member of the Tribal Affairs Committee for the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys skiing, boating, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family.
