Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd. (Tierra), is pleased to welcome Staff Agent Darragh Heenan to the company’s New Mexico Right of Way Division. Ms. Heenan is a data analyst and document specialist with over 7 years of experience in the right of way industry. She is an expert at managing right of way, easement, and real property documentation for all manner of public and private-sector projects, with particular expertise in the energy and pipeline field. As a Staff Agent, Ms. Heenan will support Tierra’s right of way work throughout New Mexico.
